Painted shirt

This was just a plain beige shirt bought from a Giordano clearance sale for $6. I used fabric paint to paint pink flowers on it.

Butter cookies tin clock (Yum!)

Me and my sis love butter cookies. We made a clock out of the tin so we can stare and drool all day long.
PS. The clock REALLY works.

Farewell card

It's a bouquet...no it's a card... no it's a BOUQUET CARD

A walk in the night

My Japanese lessons at the Bishan MOE Language Centre end at 7.30pm. Walking to Junction 8 after one such lesson, I beheld the twinkling lights of the HDB blocks in the distance, reflected in the waterlogged fields (during the rainy season mini ponds would form in the fields and sometimes you can see tadpoles swimming in them!).

Notepaper holder

My sis made this truly original piece. You can open up the drawers to take notepaper and wedge them on the hands after writing.

Table arrangement

The beautiful assortment of objects on my sis's desk. The corals and shells were collected in Puangkor (Malaysia), the roses and wreath were made by her.

Earrings

My sis discovered a way to make holes in scrabble tiles and so she's gone crazy making earrings with them.

Birthdays

There's been an onslaught 0f birthdays lately (not that it's a bad thing) and I've been rushing to make the cards and presents. I feels gifts have more meaning when you make them yourself with the person in mind.
PS. The grey polo's originally a plain shirt and I added the violin and musical notes design on it, using iron-ons.
